What information do we collect from you in Heyweek, how we use it, and with whom we share it. Who can access your data.
We collect both Personal Information and Non-personal Information. Non-personal information refers to the data that we may collect about the use of the Service, and it is not directly associated with your personal identity. Personal Information refers to the data you voluntarily provide us when you create an account ("Account").
You may voluntarily provide us with information when you interact with the Service, and we may collect, store, and use this information. For example, when you register with the Service or create an account with us, you may be required to provide certain identifying information, such as your full name, address, e-mail address, user password, and other information that enables us to confirm that it is you accessing your account. In addition, you may voluntarily submit Personal Information when you sign up for newsletters, provide feedback on our services, interact with us via Facebook or submit User Content (as defined in our Terms of Service).
When you visit our website: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services — such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
When you play and interact with others: Your interactions with other users of the Service and the Service itself may be collected to analyze user behavior in our activities. For example, user information could be collected to determine a user's average score, how many users participated in a particular activity, date and location, frequency, user clicks, messages, User Content, use of video, network connectivity, performance information, and other Service-related events.
User Generated Data: In order to provide the services, we collect and retain Personal data and other information you create, upload, share or provide while using the Services, including information related to:
Activity sessions: including content, invitations, participants, date and time, and duration or events such as ratings, feedback, files, file names, GIFs, emojis, text, sketches, joining or leaving any session.
The content you and others participants share during a session, including any Personal Data, is visible to all participants in the session and to the Company. Also, Users that you invite using a link session will be able to see the list of Users in the session when they attempt to join the Session.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. You can contact us and request to deactivate your account at any moment. If you do not want us to continue using your Personal Data.
